29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A): Building and/or facility owners failed to notify prospective employers applying for or bidding for work whose employees can reasonably be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity: a) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform Kopplow Construction of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for work and soliciting subcontractors to perform demolition and renovation activities including wall removal throughout the building which was constructed in 1973. b) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform J.R. Ramon & Sons, Inc. of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for demolition and cutting of concrete masonry unit and concrete walls which contained asbestos containing weatherproofing material. c) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform Texas Cutting & Coring of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for demolition and cutting of concrete masonry unit and concrete walls which contained asbestos containing weatherproofing material. d) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform Beyer Mechanical of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for work and performing dry wall install in the gym where concrete masonry unit containing asbestos weatherproofing material was cut and removed by employees of J.R. Ramon and Texas Cutting & Coring. e) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform Automatic Fire Protection of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for work and performing sprinkler system install in the gym where concrete masonry unit containing asbestos weatherproofing material was cut and removed by employees of J.R. Ramon and Texas Cutting & Coring. f) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform FAK Painting of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for work and performing painting operations in the gym where concrete masonry unit containing asbestos weatherproofing material was cut and removed by employees of J.R. Ramon and Texas Cutting & Coring. g) The YMCA Building 905 N St Marys St San Antonio TX: On or about January 23, 2014 and at times prior to, Redeemer Presbyterian Church did not inform Cappadonna Electric of the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM prior to the employer bidding for work and performing electrical wiring install in the gym or in the building where concrete masonry unit containing asbestos weatherproofing material was cut and removed by employees of J.R. Ramon and Texas Cutting & Coring.
