Worksite located 9316 93rd Terrace Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to impact or struck-by hazards when working beneath one another and on the ground and were not wearing any hard hats.

Worksite located at 9301 93rd Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were using nail guns and radial saws to cut materials and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equiment as specified in this subpart:  (a). Worksite located at 9301 93rd Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire hazard in that the employees had a fire built on the ground and did not have any way of extinguishing the fire. The employer also had flammable liquids such as gasoline on the site.

Worksite located at 9301 93rd Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that ladders being used to access the upper landing surfaces did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surfaces.
