29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   (a). Worksite located at 9501 93rd Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injury hazards in that the employees were working with metal meshing and cutting the meshing with snips and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 9501 93rd Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working on top of the  snow-covered roof structure while applying the metal meshing to the walls and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:   (a). Worksite located at 9501 93rd Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the ladder being used to access the roof structure did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
