29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 8264 Co. Rd. 64 Daphne, Alabama:  On or about February 14, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities on a residential home were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazards of 9.75 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  a)  At 8264 Co. Rd. 64 Daphne, Alabama:  On or about February 14, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed put in place a fall protection training program to ensure its employees were aware of the hazards of falling from height and the procedures they must use to minimize those hazards.
