29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about February 13, 2014, and at times prior, for the employees handling corrosive chemicals, such as Bright Blast Floor Finish Stripper, in the housekeeping closet where the eye wash station is in the laundry room next door and the door is kept locked at Golden Living Center- Lake Norden located at 803 Park Street in Lake Norden, South Dakota.
