29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)       a)   EODMU-5, Naval Base Guam  -  On or about February 10, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS's) for chemical products currently being used at the work site.   Employees used welding gases Oxygen and Acetylene and redi-mix concrete.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use:   a)   EODMU-5, Bldg. 2110, ground level, Naval Base Guam -  On or about February 10, 2014 and at times prior thereto one cylinder each of Oxygen and Acetylene was stored without being secured.
