29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. This violation was discovered on or about February 11, 2014, at the bleach loading area, where the water for the eyewash and shower station was turned off during freeze temperatures and employees were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body. b. This violation was discovered on or about February 11, 2014, at the caustic RBT, where employees were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body while working from a portable platform.
