29 CFR 1904.39(a): The employer did not orally report the death of an employee or the inpatient hospitalization of three or more employees because of a work-related incident:   a) for the establishment located at 113 Midway Drive in Sebring (FL) doing business as Sebring International raceway as noted on 02/18/2014.  A temporary labor employee experienced a fatal heart attack after performing maintenance functions.  The incident occurred on 02/13/14 but was not reported to OSHA until 02/18/14.
