29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Mohegan Sun Casino and Hotel at Pocono Downs, Wilkes-Barre, PA: An employee was performing work in an electrical panel box, located in the hotel lobby electrical room, without de-energizing the circuit. The employee sustained an arc flash injury when an non-insulated tool contacted the energized buss bar inside the panel box, on or about February 14, 2014. Abatement Certification Required.
