29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: The employer is failing to ensure that there is sufficient operating space for powered industrial trucks to operate safely in the aisles of the facility. Employees are exposed to struck-by hazards including, but not limited to, material falling from racks and striking racks, materials or building surfaces with these vehicles.
