Aisles were not maintained free of storage and equipment in the event of a fire or other emergency, including but not limited to the 1/ Warehouse Receiving Side: Aisles between storage racks #75 and #77 blocked by recently received boxes of food products and powered industrial truck. 2/ Warehouse Receiving Side: Aisles were blocked by wooded pallets. 3/ Warehouse AC Room was blocked by miscellaneous storage. Observed on/or about 02/19/2014
