This violation occurred on or before February 13, 2014 when employees were allowed to sandblast metal parts with Blasting Sand (Pearl Aggregate Materials) containing crystalline silica.    b)  The employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form.  This violation occurred on or before February 13, 2014 when employees were allowed to spray paint metal parts with volatile paint products including Acrolon 218 HS Polyurethane (Sherwin Williams Company) containing Methyl Ethyl Ketone, n-Butyl Acetate, Napthalene, Xylene, and Ethylbenzene.
