29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected:    a) On or about February 19, 2014, and at times prior, employees in the shop area were exposed to fire and explosion hazards where a 55 gallon drum of brake cleaner used to dispense the substance into smaller containers was not bonded or grounded.  The drum of brake cleaner was labelled as a Class 3 Flammable Liquid.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a)  On or about February 19, 2014, and at times prior, employees in the detail area were exposed to injury where no eyewash station was in the immediate work area.  The employees routinely use corrosive materials when cleaning vehicles.
