29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drench or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided with the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about February 19, 2014, the employer had not provided adequate, suitable eye wash facility, with a minimum 15 minutes of flushing capability, in the swimming pool pumping room at or near where corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Biogard chemicals and FMC soda ash that are added to the pump tanks for proper water maintenance of the swimming pool.
