29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) In the Boat Service Area, an eyewash station was not available for immediate use in that a clean rag container and test tank was blocking the eyewash station. This exposed employees to eye injuries. (b) In the Warehouse Area, garbage cans and cardboard boxes get stored in front of the eyewash station not allowing for immediate emergency use. This exposed employees to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) In the Warehouse, a fire extinguisher on the west side of Customer Pick Up Door was blocked by a post and work area limiting accessibility for the fire extinguisher in the event of an emergency.
