29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: Work-site located at 2020 Southwest Blvd. Tulsa, OK 74107. On or about February 19, 2014, an employee was observed climbing from the basket of an aerial lift onto the roof at the commercial construction site. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet.
