29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive training on operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator was authorized to operate:         The employer does not ensure that powered industrial truck operators receive training on each type of truck the operator is authorized to operate.  This violation occurred on or about February 14, 2014, the employer did not provide training to employees operating the E-Z Go stock chaser that met all elements of 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(I)(A).          Pursuant to 29 C.F. R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that powered industrial truck operators receive training on each type of truck the operator is authorized to operate.
