29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.    (a) Rooftop - On or about February 13, 2014 three employees were exposed to a fall hazard when installing roof sheathing on a 4:12 pitch roof with unprotected sides which were from 9 to 21 feet  above floor level. Employees were not protected from falling to a lower level by the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system.
