29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) George Washington Bridge Security Guard Posts 8 & 9: Employees who are responsible for security must walk over snow banks at the roadside adjacent to lanes of travel on the upper level of the bridge to get to and from their assigned bridge security booths, on or about February 19, 2014. b) George Washington Bridge Security Guard Post 1, 8 & 9: Employees who are responsible for security must walk over snow covered or ice covered passageways in order to reach security swipe locations every 15 minutes or every 30 minutes during each shift, on or about February 19, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: (a) George Washington Bridge Security Guard Posts 8 & 9: Employees who are responsible for security are not provided prompt access to toilet facilities, on or about February 19, 2014. FJC Security Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312865967, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15th, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at the George Washington Bridge.
