29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a) On or about February 19, 2014 the employer did not have material safety data sheets for all hazardous chemicals used in the facility. Employees working in the repair shop were exposed to degreasers and lubricants containing hazardous materials including but not limited to acetone, petroleum distillates and toluene.
