29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about February 21, 2014, on the 5:12 pitch roof of building E, employees installing roof sheathing were exposed to a 27 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. b. On or about February 21, 2014, on the 6:12 pitch roof of building D, employees installing roof sheathing were exposed to a 19 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
