29 CFR 1926.153(k)(1): Storage outside of buildings, for containers awaiting use, were not stored or located from the nearest building or group of buildings, in accordance with the criteria set forth in Table F-3 of this subsection which requires that 501 to 6000 lbs. of liquefied petroleum gas be located no less than 10 feet from the nearest building or group of buildings: a) Main Entrance - On or about 02/19/2014, twenty-seven 100 Lbs. LP gas cylinders were stored 8 feet 8 inches away from the exterior wall of a building that was under construction. For the purposes of this inspection, the employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.

29 CFR 1926.34(b): Exits and access to exits were not marked by a readily visible sign: a) Second through Sixth Floors - On or about 02/19/2014, stairways used to exit the upper floors of a wood-framed building, and whose locations were not immediately apparent, were not marked as exits. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. For the purposes of this inspection, the employer was determined to be the creating, controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.
