29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Building, West Side Wall - On or about February 12, 2014 one employee was exposed to a fall hazard when extending an electrical conduit inside a concrete block wall from a scaffold with no guardrail system or personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
