At the jobsite located at 5750 W. 137th St., Overland Park, Kansas: employees engaged in masonry activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazards or approximately 16 feet to the ground below in that the scaffold was not fully decked.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. At the jobsite located at 5750 W. 137th St., Overland Park, Kansas: employees engaged in masonry activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet to the ground below in that cross and horizontal bracing, being used as fall protection, was not replaced after being removed for the purpose of material loading.
