29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed; and conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion: a) Along the north center side of the construction building, on or about February 20, 2014, a temporary power source GE PowerMark electrical circuit box category number TLM812RCU MOD 2 did not have face cover plates over missing circuit interrupters, and knockout seals on the bottom of the box. b) Along the north center side of the construction building, on or about February 20, 2014, a temporary power source GE PowerMark electrical circuit box category number TLM1212RCU, had an energized Romex wire conductor running through an opening without any type of abrasion protection.
