29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vii): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was to be attended while in use (for example, portable tools) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof when the attachment plug cap was removed: On or about February 14, 2014, the employer failed to ensure that a weatherproof cover was provided for a receptacle in the wet saw area. Employees used the wet saw to cut tiles from one to three times per month.
