29 CFR 1910.39(b): The written fire prevention plan did not include all required parts as outlined in a) - d) of this paragraph: SHREDDER AREA: On or about February 21, 2014 the employer did not ensure that the fire prevention plan included elements such as, but not limited to, identifying the shredder area as a potential fire hazard area, did not ensure that the stock pile of "fluff" was disposed of in a prompt manner, did not identify known ignition sources (the shredder) and methods of control of that source, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
