29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, and the employer could not demonstrate that a wider space was necessary: a) North side of residence located at 16790 Quayside Drive, Milton, Georgia. The upper most working platform of the fabricated frame scaffolding system was not fully planked or decked exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 24-feet 10-inches.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) North side of residence located at 16790 Quayside Drive, Milton, Georgia. Employees were not protected from falling approximately 24-feet 10-inches from the fabricated frame scaffold working platform to the ground by the use of a guardrail or safety net system or personal fall arrest systems.
