29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At the location 52337 SW 20th Terrace St, employees engaged in residential construction on the roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the eave to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.
