Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  a) 2401 Ogletown Road, Newark, DE (Loading dock) - Exit routes were blocked by hundreds of combustibles including boxes, parcels/packages on storage racks, and equipment used daily by the employees.  The route is a direct egress in case of an emergency.  The violation was observed on or about February 24, 2014.

Multiple extinguishers were obstructed throughout the site.  Employees work with hundreds of boxes, packaging, and various combustibles on a daily basis.  This exposed the employees to fire hazards.
