On or about February 24, 2014, Facility-Wide: The employer had not documented that employees had been trained on the hazards of the chemicals with which they were working, including but not limited to propane. The employer had not provided training for employees which included an explanation fo the new safety data sheet, including product identifiers, signal words, pictograms, hazard statements and precautionary statements.
