29 CFR 1926.1501(a)(5): The employer did not inspect all machinery and equipment prior to each use, and during use, to make sure it is in safe operating condition. Deficiencies were not repaired, or defective parts replaced, before continued use.  a)  At the Air Freight Terminal Complex Construction Project, Andersen AFB, the hydraulic mobile crane model QY70K used for lifting materials had a tail light with a broken plastic lens.
