29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency:    a - Seafrigo Coldstorage, 735 Dowd Ave.,Elizabeth,NJ - The exit route in the east side of the warehouse was blocked by pallets impeding access to the emergency exit door.     Condition noted on or about 2/24/2014.

The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation.    a- Seafrigo Coldstorage, 735 Dowd Ave., Elizabeth, N.J. - The employer did not certify training and evaluation of employees operating powered industrial trucks was accomplished.
