Hazardous Materials Storage Areas: Hazardous materials such as Metex SCB B Nickel Stripper and Alkaline Zinc Cleaner were not stored in an orderly and safe manner. The containers were not organized where they were readily accessible and identifiable. There were materials such as other hazardous materials stacked on top of containers of hazardous materials.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Plating Room: The electrical parts such as the controls, disconnects and raceways of the heaters for the nickel tank, etch tank and hot water rinse tank located along a wall were blocked by the nickel plating line which consisted of over ten tanks lined up near the wall.
