29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls using guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or alternative fall protection measures. This violation occurred on or about February 20, 2014 when an employee was decking a porch roof that was twelve (12) feet above lower levels.
