29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Jenesis Roofing, Inc. 5047 Tamarac Street, Denver, CO 80238: On and before February 14, 2014, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling by an adequate fall protective measures. The condition exposed employees performing roofing work to fall hazards of observed approximately 10 feet. Jenesis Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 953154, Citation number 1, Item 1 issued on January 16, 2014, and became Final Order on February 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2123 S. Madison, Denver, CO 80210.
