29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) a) At the facility, on or about February 25, 2014 - Employees use A538 All Purpose Cleaner to clean the interiors of cars. The container with A538 All Purpose Cleaner was labeled "G.P." b) At the facility, on or about February 25, 2014 - Employees use 91069 Trim Shine to clean the interiors of cars. The container with 91069 Trim Shine was labeled "Super Seal." c) At the facility, on or about February 25, 2014 - Afternoon shift employees fill up spray bottles with the two cleaners for the next days work. The spray bottles were not labeled.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) At the facility, on or about February 25, 2014 - Employees use A538 All Purpose Cleaner and 91069 Trim Shine to clean the interiors of cars. Employees were not trained on the specific health effects of the cleaner including, but not limited to, eye irritation.
