OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to fire hazards. On or about: 02/03/2014 Location: Coil Storage Area Three shifts of employees were exposed to fire hazards while working in a structure where five Dayton Natural Gas Construction Heaters (model number 3VE56C) used to warm rolled steel coils, were not properly installed and operated.
