29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes.    (a) Location - Production   On or about 2/25/14, the employer failed to maintain the minimum width requirement for an exit route at all points, an object projected into the exit route. There were two milling machines were projecting into aisle in the production area that were less 19 inches from apart restricting the exit route.

(b) Location - Production:  On or about 2/25/14, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when the employer failed to properly guard a Rockwell vertical ban saw.    (c) Location - Production:  On or about 2/25/14, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when the employer failed to properly guard a HARDINGE COBRA CNC Lathe.    (d) Location - Production:  On or about 2/25/14, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when the employer failed to properly guard a Haas CNC Lathe.
