29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  On or about 2/7/2014 at 2800 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA; an employee performing EIFS work was observed working from a scaffold that was not fully decked at the working level. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to the lower level.  A.G.B. Atlanta Stucco & Stone, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312526866, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/11/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 4132 Lawrenceville Highway, Lilburn, GA.
