Employees shall be trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments:  a) On or about February 25, 2014, at the above addressed job site, an employee who had not received proper training in electrical safety-related work practices was exposed to an electrical shock hazard while changing a 110 VAC electrical receptacle who's circuit breaker which supplied the power, did not have a lock or a tag.
