This violation occurred on February 26, 2014, where at least one (6) employees working on roof without fall protection and exposed to falls of more than 30 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. This violation occurred on February 26, 2014, where at least one (6) employees working on an aerial lifts without fall protection were exposed to falls of more than 30 feet to the ground below. Hendrix and Arp Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 934884, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8519 Floyd Curl, San Antonio, TX 78229.
