29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible:  At the feed area of the Prater-Williams crushing machine, the 24 inch wide by 12 inch high platform-level feed chute was not guarded, exposing the employee who rolled the asphalt cylinders into the chute to hazards of slipping and sliding into the chute.
