29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) Southeast corner of north wing, on or about 2-25-14:  One employee was working on top of, and at the edge of, a modular dormitory unit and was not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 11 inches to the ground below.     b) East end of north wing, on or about 2-25-14:  One employee was walking across wood joists on top of a modular dormitory unit and was not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet into the unit. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 934278, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, ISSUED ON 11-21-13, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 545 PARK AVENUE, PORTSMOUTH, RI 02871.     J.C. WATSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OR A SIMILAR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 910399, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 7-1-13, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LINDEN STREET & NORTH 8TH, CAMDEN, NJ 08101.
