Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) 90 Orville Rd., Warehouse area, aisle 6- Exit access leading to a 42" wide emergency exit door at southeast wall of the facility was obstructed to 26" by pallets of recently delivered materials; on or about 2/27/14. b) 90 Orville Rd.- Warehouse area, aisle 3- Exit access leading to a 42" wide emergency exit door at southeast corner of facility was obstructed to 24" by pallets of recently delivered materials; on or about 2/27/14. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
