29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:   a)    On or about 02/26/2014, the distance between an abrasive wheel periphery and adjustable tongue at the top of the bench grinder in the maintenance department was approximately one-half inch.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three-fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide:   a)    On or about 02/26/2014 an exit door to the back of the hotel in the basement was not equipped with an Exit sign.
