29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks.  In the Shop area employees using a Delta drill press (Model 11-980) were exposed to flying chips and rotating parts hazards in that a safety shield/guard was not in use when operating the drill press.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent.  In the Main hall area, directional signs were not present to indicate the path of travel to the nearest exit in the event of an emergency.
