29 CFR 1926.451(f)(8): Employees shall be prohibited from working on scaffolds covered with snow, ice, or other slippery material except as necessary for removal of such materials: On or about February 8, 2014 at the jobsite located at 6400 S. Archer Road, Bedford Park, IL. - employees performing carpentry activities were working on a job made scaffold in adverse weather conditions of snow and ice, thereby exposing the employees to slipping and fall hazards of approximately ten (10) feet.
