29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion, or openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: Located along a central interior wall area of the commercial structure there is an energized 208v Safe-Heat Model IDF-700, 700,000 BTU construction heater observed in use connected to electrical service by 10/3 with ground conductor without protection from abrasion on all sides of the construction heater conductor opening or a strain relief device on the conductor to prevent direct transmission pull to conductor joints at the heater connection point.
