On or about February 26, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in the flammable liquids storage areas Class I flammable liquids were dispensed into a smaller container without being effectively grounded and bonded to electrically interconnect the containers to prevent static discharge during dispensing operation. Employees were exposed to fire hazard.
